My role operates at the intersection of frontend architecture, platform thinking, and cross-team alignment.

    • Cross-product UI foundations used across employer and employee dashboards

    • Data-dense reporting and analytics surfaces shared across teams

    • Standardized patterns for filtering, navigation, loading states, and error handling

    • Reusable form and input abstractions supporting complex financial and benefits workflows

    • Built and maintained complex, form-heavy workflows with real-time validation, async API coordination, and edge-case handling

    • Developed shared UI patternsfor filters, tables, and inputs to reduce duplication and improve consistency across surfaces

    • Implemented URL-synced state and persistent filters to support deep linking and predictable user behavior
      Partnered with UX to translate ambiguous requirements into resilient, accessible UI implementations

    • Took features end-to-end — discovery, implementation, QA, iteration, and production support
