Take Command Health operates in a highly regulated benefits space, where frontend decisions directly impact compliance, financial accuracy, and user trust. I worked on the core HRA Hub product, contributing across employer and employee experiences where correctness, clarity, and edge-case handling mattered more than speed alone.

My role centered on owning frontend delivery for complex workflows, while collaborating closely with product, UX, and backend teams to ship features safely and sustainably.

  • Healthcare Plan Shopping Frontend implementation for plan discovery and comparison flows, supporting provider, prescription, and geography-based filtering with performance and accessibility constraints.

    Employer Dashboard UI for onboarding, reimbursements, and compliance workflows used by benefits administrators, balancing dense data presentation with usability.

    Employee Portal Claim submission, benefit tracking, and document management flows with heavy validation, asynchronous states, and backend coordination.

  • Built and maintained complex, form-heavy workflows with real-time validation, async API coordination, and edge-case handling

    Developed shared UI patterns for filters, tables, and inputs to reduce duplication and improve consistency across surfaces

    Implemented URL-synced state and persistent filters to support deep linking and predictable user behavior
    Partnered with UX to translate ambiguous requirements into resilient, accessible UI implementations

    Took features end-to-end — discovery, implementation, QA, iteration, and production support
